In-store pickups
Pickups are only available at the Montreal store and are typically ready within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for in-store pickup.
In-store pickups take place during the Montreal store's opening hours only.
Opening hours:
Thursday and Friday: 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00-17:00

Return and Exchange Policy
All items sold are final sale; no exchanges or refunds are accepted. This applies to our online store, official store, retail locations, and pop-up stores.
Delivery
Given the Canada Post strike, Purolator and GLS will now be used as carriers until the current issue is resolved.
International delivery is also temporarily suspended.
The cost is $12.99 in Canada or free for orders over $150 (before taxes, shipping costs and without the use of a promotional code).
Shipments are made using Purolator, GLS, or Canada Post. Processing time for sending an order is usually 1 to 3 business days. Delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days, but it is possible for this time to be longer for various reasons beyond our control (high traffic periods, holidays, remote provinces, etc.).
Please note that given the current situation, additional delays will be required for the delivery of packages.
In the event that the customer provides incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred by reshipping. No refunds will be issued.
We are not responsible for late receipt of orders and we are not responsible for breakage of packaging or items during delivery.
Shipping is available throughout Canada except the territories.
Shipping costs
Province of Quebec:
$12.99 for 1 to 3 items
$25 for 4 to 6 items
$45 for 7 items or more.
Province of Ontario:
$20 for 1 to 3 items.
Provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland:
$25 for 1 to 2 items.
Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba:
$25 for 1 to 2 items.

Payment by transfer
Payment by Interac e-transfer is available upon request.

Gift cards
Gift cards are only redeemable on our website and at the official store.
My package seems lost, what should I do?
You can contact the Purolator team directly at 1-888-744-7123, GLS at 1-888-463-4266 or Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 with your tracking number, which you received by email.
They are the ones who will be able to track it and tell you exactly where your package is.
If necessary, if they tell you that they can't find it, write to us at info@lileparfumee.ca
Order matching
If you would like to request order matching, please email your request to info@lileparfumee.ca with your order numbers. We will notify you if the boxes are closed or if matching is possible. A shipping fee will be refunded if matching is possible.

Damage and/or defective product
In the event that your product arrives damaged during transport, please report any problems promptly upon receipt and include images to support the claim to the following email address: info@lileparfumee.ca We use appropriate materials to protect our products during transport, but incidents caused by delivery personnel may occur.
Promotional Code
If you have a promo code, you must enter it in the space provided when checking out.
If you forgot to enter your promo code after paying for your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to apply the promo code afterwards.
Promo codes are valid online only and cannot be combined.
Pre-orders
If an order is placed with a pre-order item and an in-stock item, please be aware that we will ship the items in the same package when the pre-order item becomes available.
Recommendations
We offer the best possible recommendations based on our knowledge, experience, company statistics, and the information you provide. However, it's important to note that perfumery remains a personal and subjective experience.
Scent preferences vary greatly from person to person, influenced by several factors such as tastes, olfactory memory, skin pH, environment, and emotions associated with certain scents, body chemistry, skin type, etc. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the recommended fragrances will perfectly match your personal tastes.
By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that our suggestions are given for informational purposes only and that L'île Parfumée cannot be held responsible if you do not like a fragrance following our recommendations.

Blind Buy
By placing an order on our online store without first testing the fragrance, you acknowledge that you are making a blind purchase. You understand that there is always a risk of not liking a fragrance you have not smelled beforehand. L'île Parfumée cannot be held responsible if the fragrance does not meet your expectations. Purchasing without a scent test is a personal and conscious choice on your part. It is always recommended to test a fragrance on your skin before purchasing it due to the many factors that can cause the fragrance to interact with your skin.
